About the Team
The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
What You Will Do:
- Formulate and iterate the company's global mobility strategy and philosophy;
- Lead global mobility projects, and drive mobility strategy, solution and execution;
-Partner closely with key stakeholders, including the management team, the business leaders and HRBPs to understand business strategies and needs, and develop and execute comprehensive mobility programs/solutions and communication strategy;
- Work closely with the rest of the P&I team members on total reward package for Bytedancers;
- Leadership and team management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or/and Global Mobility background;
- Global team management and leadership experience; - BA/BS degree or higher educational background;
- Strong analytical capabilities: Analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine C&B strategies, able to work well with complex data sets;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and business leaders;
- Fluency in English is required.
