Description:
Customer relationship management:
- Be the preferred interface between the business / affiliates of the region and various IS/IT teams (MS DSI, Global IT Services and External Providers).
- Build, regularly update and communicate the roadmap for the concerned information systems.
- Assess business requirements and propose solutions, assisting business lines with detailed business cases and opportunity studies.
- In conjunction with Compliance department, BPOs/BPMs and Architecture teams, ensure consistency with MS best practices (including localization of the solutions).
- Enforce mutualization, seek for synergies and standardized solutions.
- Ensure that Company and MS policies are respected, especially concerning Security (including Cybersecurity)
- Define and apply the adequate incident circuit –handles incident escalation and communicate to the affiliates and impacted stakeholders (acts as a Single Point of Contact for major issues).
Project management:
- Applies the MS standard methodology to rollout IS projects in the Asia Pacific and Middle East affiliates. Assist the business throughout systems implementation in all phases: gap analysis, testing phase, change management.
- Define with the business teams and the IT teams the scope, schedule and budget of the project and ensure they are met.
- Actively control work-in-progress, highlight and address any problems affecting a project or the completion dates of each stage of a project. This should include the non IS related tasks of the project such as training, change management, organisational changes.
- Liaise closely with Technical teams and affiliates.
- Ensure proper project reporting through steering committee and formal updates.
- If needed, supplier management (call for tender, RFP, contracts, negotiations, costs, follow-up & steering committees).
- Focus on cost control, propose appropriate analysis and actions to optimize the costs.
- On site (in affiliate) presence may be required during projects (e.g.: main milestones, project meetings…)
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage major IT/IS projects.
- Experience as an interface between business people and IT people.
- Good negotiation skills (ability to find consensus and convince)
- Rigorous work organization and excellent communication skills in English.
- Good documentation and analysis skills.
- 5 years minimum of experience in multicultural IS environment.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of Energy industry (Lubricants, Service Stations, Renewables) is a plus.
