Salary: Basic $3,000 - $3,500 + AWS + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location: Sims Drive
Responsibilities:
- Generate a weekly report detailing the aging receivables.
- Generate a weekly report outlining aging payables.
- Establish customer and vendor codes for record-keeping.
- Manage credit control and prepare vendor payments on a weekly basis.
- Support in weekly cash forecasting activities.
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue customer debts.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Aid the Finance team in the monthly financial closing and preparation of management reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and/or relevant accounting software.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- 1-3 years accounts receivables or general accounting experience.
