We are looking for a dedicated individual passionate about mushrooms to take on the role of the Mushroom Farm Operation Executive. This position involves overseeing cultivation operations, managing post-harvest quality and documenting operational records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mushroom cultivation, from fruiting to post-harvest handling.
- Efficiently handle production cycles and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and consistently improve product quality.
- Document data and records relating to productivity, yields, and overall product performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for the team.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for mushrooms and their cultivation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
