Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Execute action plans to achieve sales target
- Enhance customer Services
- Improve operational efficiency in the salons
- Ensure high level of hands on skills in the salons
- Maintain high morale of staff
- Sales performance and productivity analysis
- Coach and mentor SALES MANAGER
- Work closely with other Department Heads (e.g HR, IT, Marketing, Finance)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years relevant working experience in leading teams to achieve target (e.g Chiropratic, Fitness membership, Beauty Salon)
- Able to do things through people (a Manager of Managers)
- A tactful and diplomatic communicator
