Responsibilities:
Oversee and handle all IT-related issues and concerns.
Supervise vendors and IT contracts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Offer guidance to management on IT and business management systems and best practices.
Take charge of all project phases, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and specification.
Conduct regular reviews and health checks on IT systems to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Manage and maintain an inventory register for IT assets.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT, preferably in retail environment
To be proficient in both Chinese and English
