Our client is a Healthcare MNC Industry. They are looking for a Lab Tech to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West – easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the reception, processing, and storage of cord blood units.
- Read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational guidelines.
- Regularly monitor and document equipment temperatures; maintain a daily log of equipment usage.
- Conduct various tests including leukocyte count, viability assessments, and CD34+ enumeration. Implement quality control for hematology analyzers and other specified equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation for various registers such as receiving, storage, and master records.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of cord blood units, preventing contamination throughout the processing and storage phases.
- Receive, review, and file reports from testing vendors, and perform administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth workflow of the laboratory.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Biomedical Engineering/Biomedical Science/Biological Sciences or any related field
