Job Responsibilities:
1. Finance & Accounting
· Oversee the Financial closing, AP and AR monitoring and submission of Consol package to Group
· Ensure the tasks are carried out in compliance with Group and statutory requirements
· Manage the overall accounting and financial reporting for the company and its profit centre including, cost control, track sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control process;
· Coordinate & facilitate internal & external Audits to effectively communicate and ensure that requirements are adhered to;
· Liaise with Group Tax and external tax agent for tax matters
2. Legal, Compliance & Risk Management
· Liaise with Insurance, Group Legal and external consultants to support the company’s business operation, new setup or other compliance matters;
· Liaise with government agencies (e.g. IRAS, URA.) on corporate affairs including certificate/licence renewals, etc.
· Ensure all aspects of office & business operation are in compliance with all relevant laws & regulations.
3. Lease Management
· Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule and monthly management reports for submission.
· Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
4. Payroll Management
· Monthly Payroll processing.
· Manage external payroll service provider
· Employee Benefits Administration (Flexible and medical claims)
· Statutory Compliance: Employment Act, CPF, PDPA, MOM etc
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or CPA.
· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience, preferably in Property Management.
· Excellent Communication and Problem solving skills
· Strong knowledge of local laws & legislations
