Responsibilites:
✅Lead a team in preparing technical submissions for tender and pre-qualification exercises.
✅Review tender documents & summarize critical information.
✅Prepare all documentation such as method statements
✅Compile and prepare tender queries and response to tender queries.
✅Prepare and monitor tender progress.
✅Coordinate with tender team/consultants/various government agencies to facilitate for tender submission.
✅Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes during tender stage.
✅Prepare and carry out tender presentation.
✅Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 10 years as a Technical Manager in construction with experience in building projects
- Experience in review structural, architectural and M&E technical drawings
- Experience in design coordination & tendering of new building construction projects is preferred
