HR support
- To support and prepare new employee pre and post on boarding process.
- Assisting interview process by scheduling interview
- Maintain P-files and ensure all e P-files are updated and well recorded.
- Administering and maintain HR records such as employee database in workday, HR reports on time.
- Monitor and process work pass application and renewal for existing WP/SP employee.
- Leading the internship program
- Support in culture event and CSR program
- Assist with any other HR administrator tasks.
Office support
- Manage office incoming & outgoing mail/ courier etc
- Office stationery - liaise and place order with supplier and stock up necessary item. timely quantity check and ensure users needs are met.
- Pantry item and its supply - top up the snack when volume is low and ensure timely stock check on the inventory.
- Manage the janitors and ensure the cleaning schedule are follows
- Ensure the office area is clean and tidy and compliance to 5S practises.
- Ensure pantry area, meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Manage the Hallway TV and its content, display of new employee photo at the hallway and ensure the front countertop are always tidiness.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management discipline, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in the manufactring space
