Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Understand client requirement & take charge of given tasks.
- Follow-up & support customers.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the project, ensuring client’s requirements are met and exceeded.
- Prepare necessary product & material base on requirements.
- Support activities, manage & maintain customer requirement and relationship.
- Collate & evaluate customer feedback and requirement of customer.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferable.
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Training will be provided.
- Study in Project Manager or Interior designer welcome to join.
- Able to Work independent and initiative.
- Strong communication skills & Self-discipline.
- Active listening skills & proactive communication.
- Immediate available position.
