Job Scope :
1. Handling of import & export documents or any other necessary documents required for customs declaration;
2. Handling of sales queries;
4. Handling of sales order and invoicing;
5. Assist in material planning and purchase requistion ;
6. To assist in annual ISO & audit exercise;
7. To assist in managing daily operations and documents flows for both Singapore and Malaysia entities; and
7. To handle any ad-hoc queries & job requests
Job Requirements :
1. Bilingual Preference
2. Computer literacy - Sage 300, Microsoft office
3. Relevant working experience - 2-3 yrs
4. Willing to travel
