Working hours : 44hour per week
Salary : $2,200 – $2,800 (depends on experiences)
Responsibilities
Counter Duties
• Attending to walk in parents and children’s enquiries and requests.
• Attending to guests/visitors and informing Staff of their guests/visitors arrival.
• Attending couriers, delivery & dispatch personnels.
• Handling mailing of letters.
• Answering of phone calls and divert to relevant staff/teachers when needed.
Admin duties
• General Administrative work
• Maintaining the office environment
• Data entry
• Assist in purchasing activity including office supplies, outsourcing activity, etc.
• Inventory management of Stationery & teaching materials
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
