Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, movement patterns, and functional limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize manual therapy and exercise-based interventions as the core of your physiotherapy practice, focusing on optimizing physical function, recovery, and overall well-being.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on exercise principles, injury prevention strategies, proper biomechanics, and postural awareness to empower them to take an active role in their own health and performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay up to date with current research, trends, and advancements in the field of exercise-based physiotherapy to enhance your knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- AHPC registered Physiotherapist.
- At least 1 year in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with a focus on optimizing physical function and well-being through exercise.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing exercise programs for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical fitness.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A passion for promoting health and well-being through exercise-based physiotherapy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
