Senior Field Application Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing the company products and other details of sales and service requests for providing the same to the customers for technical support
- Analysing technological problems in installed application systems, checking its technical resolution and working condition, and fixing the same if required
- Collaborating with sales team, engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management
- Managing Projects and execution, ensure all technical and operational issues are resolve timely with quality work.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve technical issues.
- Risk Management and to identify potential issues, implement preventive measures, and assist the company in reducing potential losses.
- Involves in hardware PCB layout design and product schematic design drawing.
- Provides internal training and knowledge transfer to the team.
Job Requirement:
- At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in industrial electronics, field application technical role.
- Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, Communication skill and good presentation skill.
