Responsible for carrying out maintenance works in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with maintenance strategy, to meet planned schedule requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Attend to work orders allocated by Maintenance Engineers
· Analyse process parameters, alarms and information / drawings to diagnose and trouble shoot equipment problems
· Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently
· Perform unit functional test for re-commissioning of overhaul units
· Lead in the repair or replacement defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
· Assess spare part requirements and raise purchases, record parts and materials used and review tender quotations
· Coordinate logistic arrangement for all maintenance activities
· Maintain a safe and orderly work area by practicing organised housekeeping
· Preparation of weekly activity reports
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
· Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· Self-driven, with good working attitude and a good team player
