Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver good customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Assist data, database, information management
  • Support programs with department service delivery tasks
  • Communicate, support and build good relationship with client on their request and requirements
  • Actively carry out and follow up on task assigned / request from clients
  • Provide suggestion of improvement and proactive in daily task
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Higher Secondary or Diploma in any field
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good Communication Skills
