We have an opportunity to invite a Payment-talent to join our exciting growth journey as Sales Manager, Merchant Acquiring (Fintech Payment). The person will be based in Singapore and will assist the Sales Director to enhance the relationships with assigned or new accounts and partners to drive for greater fee income.
Responsibilities:
· Performing daily merchant acquiring for the range of products and solutions offering by the company with the objective to maximize profits.
· To be an ecommerce consultant and provide suitable solutions to merchants from sales to payment implementation
· Achieve pre-agreed volume and revenue targets
· Develop the assigned segment and win new merchants for the company
· Monitor merchant transaction and formulate appropriate merchant retention strategies to minimize attrition
· Ensure all documentation from Merchant meets Underwriting’s requirement
· Adhere and comply with all data privacy policies
· provide quality service to all merchants with respect to their merchant/gateway services
· Be familiar with processes related to merchant activities including ecommerce set-up, activation and integration
· Updating of merchant information on timely basis, handling/processing of acquirer charge backs etc.
· Possess working knowledge of the merchant acquiring business and implementation for all payment solutions offered by the company
· Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree of relevant subject
· 2 or more years of professional experience in sales role and similar industry
· Good understanding and interest in credit/debit card, mobile and eCommerce payment processing preferred
· Good written and verbal communications skills in English & Chinese
· Results oriented attitude
· Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
· Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and clients
· Ability to develop clear & insightful presentations to clients especially in sales pitching
· Singaporeans or PRs only
· 5 days' work week
