Talent Acquisition Recruiter
- Working time: 9 am -6pm
- Salary range: $4000 - $5000
- Location: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PARK
Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with local universities in company locations to get company spot on school career and recruitment activities.
- Able to work flex-time occasionally to collaborate with employees in the United States HR team (US time-zone).
- Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job (Systems/ Software Engineer).
- Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements.
- Being able to work together with Senior Management to understand resource needs and maintain hiring plan throughout the year.
- Use various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture (MCF) and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates in the locations of company offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand).
- Organize career fairs independently with support from HR Associate/ Generalist.
- Understand salary trends in the market as well as in the context.
- Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company’s recruitment practices.
- Being able to design job offers, draft offer letters and employment agreement and negotiate offers.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews with managers while implementing improvements to current interview process.
- Have general understanding of work pass requirements such as Employment Pass, S Pass quota and keeping up to date with changes.
- Use data analytics to report recruitment trends of company to management.
Requirements and skills
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labour laws
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
- Relevant certification is a plus.

- Reports directly to Senior Group Manager
- Works closely with Asia management team
