We are seeking for creative and mature individuals to join us as full-time or part-time student care teachers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure students’ welfare and safety are well taken care of at all time
  • Supervise students to ensure completion of homework and that spelling revision is done.
  • Plan and conduct character development programmes and activities to support the holistic development of the children
  • Maintain discipline and classroom management while engaging the children in fun developmental activities and learning lessons
  • Address and counsel student behaviour as needed
  • Responsible for responding to parents’ queries at the centre
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, including parents and community partners, to help children learn and develop their potential

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum O Level, with preferably 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates or mature candidates are welcome to apply too!)
  • Have interacted with children over the years and love to explore new grounds and experiences in working with them
  • Able to implement creative ideas, activities, and stimulating lessons to encourage students’ participation in classroom activities
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team setting
  • Passionate and patient about working with children to provide an environment of care in an after-school care setting

Other Information

  • Location of workplace: Newton (10minutes walk away from MRT station)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday - 10:30am to 7pm (not required to work on weekends)
  • Flexible work arrangement is available for those who can commit a minimum of 3 working days per week.
