Job Responsibilities
- Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or assist the Master Scheduler the overall business plan of products through the complete production build cycle. Examples: MRP loading / validation, shipment (Sales order hold releases), co-ordinates activities with various functional groups (production, planner, MS, shipping etc)
- Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation
- Participate in the overall business plan/master schedule MS meeting. If required to interface with various key stakeholders to monitor business changes and ensure timely build plan adjustment by working closely together with the MS.
- Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer’s orders and material support
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
- Some worked experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management is an advantage
- Analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with MRP (SAP) processes is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software or working knowledge of computer software applications eg VBA programming language is required
