With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Front Desk Associate to proactively manage all front desk duties over the counter, phone and email.

- Identify, profile and tier customers to the types of services that are relevant to their needs
- Ensure smooth customer transactions at all times and provide quality customer services
- Perform administrative duties, manage appointments, register customers, prepare room logistics and necessary materials
- Other duties assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head
If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!
- Min. 1 year experience in outbound call, front desk management with excellence in customer service delivery
- IT Savvy with prior knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
- Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to be deployed to various locations around Singapore
Additional details
- 5.5 work week | Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6pm and/or 8.30am – 5.30pm | Alt. Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm
- Work location at Woodlands and/or Paya Lebar
- 1 - 2 years contract
