As the Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for all brand and marketing-related activities for our Singapore business. You will also work closely with the regional marketing team on key projects for Singapore business. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the marketing plan for our Singapore business, with a strong focus on enhancing our company's branding and presence through various marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate and Client Attraction
- Develop engaging job postings: Craft compelling and attention-grabbing job descriptions that highlight the unique opportunities and benefits of working at our company
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns through utilization of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads or social media ads to reach specific candidate/client demographics
- Work closely with Regional Marketing team on upgrading of marketing collaterals
- Leverage social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram to showcase our company's culture, values, and job opportunities. Create engaging content and regularly share updates about our company and open positions to attract a wider audience.
- Conduct market research to identify target candidate/client demographics, industry trends, and competitor analysis to create effective candidate/client attraction strategies
- Help in managing the company's social media platforms to build an online presence and attract candidates/clients. This includes creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to optimize social media performance.
Brand Awareness
- Responsible for brand building and strong online presence through the management and development of the company website as well as maintenance of official company pages on social media channels.
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing team to organise media campaigns, help identify media opportunities, draft communications to increases brand visibility.
- Research on industry best practices relating to marketing and media, contribute by researching, writing, and promoting valuable and informative content across various channels
- Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
Internal Branding
- Support in the planning and preparing of the marketing budgets for each of the divisions, selection and negotiations with suppliers and effectively managing multiple vendors
- Regular internal communication to all PERSOLKELLY Singapore employees on PERSOLKELLY media coverage, upcoming events, news relevant to the industry through internal mailers and the intranet.
- Actively participate in the engagement of internal staff events like Top Performer Awards, Regional/APAC Senior Management Site-Visits, monthly events and so on, for media marketing.
- Act as a business partner to closely support recruitment sales & operations teams. Understanding our internal stakeholders from various business lines, divisions and units. To continuously review and provide creative advice, copywriting contents to further improve relevancy of marketing materials.
- Liaise with counterparts in APAC countries on providing any support required and share data internally with regional team
- Collating data for analysis to determine campaign efficiency and future marketing initiative plans
Reporting
- Tracking of Job Advertisement usage for Singapore Business and provide periodical update to relevant business heads.
- Monthly or quarterly marketing report and social media report to analyse metrics such as email performance metrics, follower growth, engagement rates, reach, or demographics
- Reporting on all of the above in most cases to qualify and determine the ROI
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in Business (with marketing specialisation) or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year experience within a professional or commercial environment & exposure across all elements of the marketing mix
- Experience in working with the media and managing events, developing digital and social media marketing tactics for active engagement with target audience
- A good understanding of digital and content marketing with usage strategy will be highly advantageous
- Mature and highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously & a strong drive for excellence in tasks completion
- Able to demonstrate strong administrative management skills against repetitive tasks and actions, in addition to high level projects
- Must be highly meticulous with a great sense of responsibility & good time management
- Should demonstrate a high degree of initiative with positive and insightful thinking skills
