You will be an experienced associate providing support for the firm on their various transactional work within the infrastructure, renewables and utilities space. You would be expected to assist in a wide range of legal aspects related to corporate commercial deals, project finance and project construction and development.
about the manager/team
You will be a part of the rapidly expanding projects, power and construction team. You will be working in tandem with the projects partner and the of counsel together with a team of associates.
skills and experience required
You must be called to the Bar in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
At least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience
Prior experience in legal areas related project financing, infrastucture and energy sectors are favourable
Inquisitive, ambitious and independent minded candidates are desirable
Prior cross border dealings are an advantageous
