Key Responsibilities
Change Impact Assessments
- Partner with Client FOW Transformation Team to assess and update change impact assessment based on latest workplace strategy, design directions and any proposed operational changes.
Monitor and track change impacts, change interventions
Stakeholder Engagements
- Plan, develop, execute and manage stakeholder engagement activities. This is done in partnership with Client FOW Transformation Team
Design and develop stakeholder engagement content, collaterals
Gather feedback and concerns from stakeholders, maintain database on stakeholder feedback and concerns
Engagements / Workshops (includes, not limited to the following)Work with Space Planners to support ALs in rightsizing their office space
Work with CM Stream Lead to conduct requirements gathering for LT (Corporate Office)
Work with Designers to engage Corporate and Agencies to develop designs for future office space (Corporate workspace, common areas
Work with CM Stream Lead to identify and manage stakeholder resistance
- Communications
Plan, develop, execute and manage communication activitiesDevelop Communication Materials – emails, FAQs, reading decks
Work with relevant departments in order to execute communications plan
Change Enablement (Awareness, Education)
- Perform Enablement Needs Assessment
Work with Change Management Stream Lead in order to support design and delivery of change enablement
Change Management Risk
- Identify, track and manage change management related risks
Maintain Change Management Risk Log
Work with Project Team, stakeholders to mitigate change management risk
Escalate risks to Change Management Stream Lead
Data Analysis and reporting
- Perform data analysis (organize, interpret) on data in relation to the Future WorkPLAYce Programme (including, but not limited to return to office data, space utilisation data, compensation data)
Develop findings, recommendations based on data analysis
Change Readiness
- Identify metrics and tools for change readiness (to gauge user readiness prior to implementing change, relocation)
Execute User Readiness Assessments
Report readiness assessment results to Change Management Stream Lead
Working Arrangement
3-4 days @ Client Office @ Marina One
1-2 days @ C&W Office @ Capita Spring
Job Requirement
- Proficient in PPT, EXCEl, Miro (if any)
- Good analytical, problem-solving and strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent in communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Any MAC Project Experience is a plus
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
