Group Chief Strategy Officer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Group Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO) to lead our strategic planning and execution across the organization. The GCSO will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term strategy, identifying new market opportunities, driving innovation, and ensuring the overall sustainable growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to facilitate company growth.
   Align the company's strategic plan with its goals and objectives.
   Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
   
2. Leadership and Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy team.
   Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking across the organization.
   Collaborate with other C-level executives to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
   
3. Business Development and Expansion:Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including international expansion.
   Lead mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support business growth.
   Oversee market analysis and feasibility studies for new ventures.
   
4. Innovation and Technology Integration:Promote the integration of innovative technologies to enhance service offerings.
   Stay abreast of technological advancements and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
   Collaborate with the technology team to drive digital transformation.
   
5. Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with key stakeholders, including investors, government entities, and industry partners.
   Represent the company at major industry events and conferences.
   Lead investor relations and communication strategies.
   
6. Risk Management and Compliance:Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
   Assess and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
   

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior strategic role, preferably in the ride-hailing or transportation sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
