Building Engineer
Salary range: $3500 - $5500
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am - 5.15pm

Roles & Responsibilities
- Interprets plans, estimates costs and quantities of materials required.
- Assists in the development of Temporary Works Plans, designs, and drawings for construction projects.
- Assists in the tender process by providing technical engineering information to ensure compliance with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
- Assists in the preparation and assessment of cost estimates and the documentation for tender/ contract bids.
- Develops and studies architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed.
- Liaises with architects, engineers, and other technical colleagues to ensure that the design intentions are met.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in science, Building, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of building and structural details, working drawings, and local construction practices.
- Knowledge of local regulations and engineering standards.
- Familiar with tender and bidding processes.
- Familiar with local regulations pertaining to building, construction, and safety
