Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Finance & Admin department in daily accounting work
- Sorting of invoices / receipts
- Perform basic accounting duties & administrative support – filling, data entry etc
- Assisting with partial set of accounts i.e AP & AR
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing payment / receipts voucher
- All other adhoc admin / accounting duties assigned from time to time
- General administrative scope of work
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Ms Excel, Words
- Hardworking & fast learner
- Knowledge of Accpac is added advantage
- At least 1 year experience in Accounting field of work
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
