Responsibility:
- Lead the retail team in meeting their store sales goals.
- Uphold high standards of customer service.
- Prepare and train retail staff in sales presentation and product selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with cashiering procedures and policies.
- Review and report store maintenance needs to the Senior Supervisor.
- Address customer complaints and issues in the store.
- Maintain proper documentation recording, execution, and filing.
- Create a monthly work schedule.
- Verify and enforce retail security protocols.
- Maintain excellent retail merchandising standards.
- Manage retail product launches and returns with accurate documentation.
- Promote and prioritize key marketing products with a focus on optimizing and tracking sell-through.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Store Manager regarding product, category, and marketing performance.
- Generate and analyze weekly sales reports, tracking average sales, transaction count changes, and items per transaction.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or equivalent qualification in retail
- Min 2 years of retail supervisory experience in FMCG or Fashion/Sports Retail.
