Job description:
• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Booking of referral appointments
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Able to ASAP
- Able to commit min 3 - 6 months
- Open to work on weekends
- Min A Level
