Job Description:
- Develop monthly plans for demand and supply, engaging in negotiations with distributors.
- Communicate demand and supply strategies to cross-functional teams to secure production allocations for upcoming months.
- Generate simulations and run-downs for discussions with distributors based on supply outcomes.
- Enter detailed monthly orders into the global system, ensuring accurate information is transmitted to the production team.
- Regularly visit distributors and dealers to collect frontline feedback and enhance forecast accuracy.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales achievements, collaborating with distributors or cross-functional teams to address gaps and implement countermeasures.
Job Requirements
- Possess a degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, or Social Science.
- Basic understanding of demand and supply concepts or relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for analysis, visualization, and reporting purposes.
- Strong numerical aptitude, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Well-organized with effective time management abilities to meet deadlines and schedules.
- Determined and takes strong ownership of assigned tasks.
