Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Play a key role in promoting a culture of safety within the organization, identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and recommending safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific process-related standards, codes, and regulations, actively monitoring changes and updates.
- Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Optimize existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records of process-related documentation, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
- Conduct root cause analyses of process-related issues and incidents, developing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future occurrences.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Participate in training programs and initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge in process engineering, safety management, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on process improvement projects, safety initiatives, and compliance status to management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of process engineering experience in the chemical / process industry
- Experience in process standards, improvement and safety
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
