- Manage the tender team in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender pre-qualification exercises.
- Evaluate tender documents and summarize critical information.
- Handle all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
- Address tender queries and monitor tender progress.
- Work closely with tender team, consultants, various government agencies and authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (PE Board recognised)
- At least 8 years of experience working as a Technical Manager in Construction/Construction Management handling building projects in Singapore for mega projects.
- Hands on experience in reviewing of structural, architectural and M&E technical drawings.
