Car Workshop Manager
- Working Days: 6 Days, 9am-6pm
- Working Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
- Starting Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related background.
- Minimally 4 - 5 years automotive repair experience with at least 1 year experience in managerial level
- Class 3 driving license required
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage frontline operations to ensure high levels of excellent customer service.
- Manage backend service operations to maintain technical proficiency.
- Attend to technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved
- Achieve cost savings for the company through material control, operation processes and innovation initiatives.
- Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained
- Experience and familiarity with Diagnostic tools
