Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with new / existing customers
- Managing a sales staff to meet yearly sales and revenue objectives.
- Establish new clients, manage existing accounts and consumers, and promote the company's brand, goods, and solutions in the retail and chain store markets.
- Proactively involved in long-term and short-term strategic planning to enhance already active markets and to discover and create new markets.
- Provide management with statistical analysis and recommendations for the volatile market trend.
- Handle purchase and sales orders.
Requirements
- Major in sales & marketing experience
- Experience in lighting product for retail / chain store / commercial applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
