- Cleaning of items
- Production inspection
- Data entry of product information
- Product photography and editing
- Product registration on the website
- Issuing price tags and labeling products
- Submission of items for repair
- Inquiry about products to manufacturers and others
- Packaging and shipping arrangements
- Management of reservation status
- Inventory management
- housekeeping responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries via phone; social media platforms
- Guiding and directing visitors during their visit
Requirements:
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in E-Commerce or similar industry is an advantage
- Ability to converse in japanese is an advantage (to communicate with relevant counterparts)
