Resposiblities:
- Reports to Production Planner
- Coordinate raw material flow into the workshop and ensure timely input
- Assist the planner to plan and prioritize materials and operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delay
- Assist in weekly material and machine loading plan
- Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, Production and Engineering department for flow of MPC (Manufacturing Process Chart), material deliveries and outsourcing schedules
- Involved in machine planning
- Compilation of OT Meal allowance for employees
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering/ NTC-2 in Machining Trade will be preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment will be preferred
- Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skill
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (MS words, Excel, Power Point).
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and ability to interface with all levels of people.
