ob Description & Requirements
The candidate is required to:-
1. Develop from Customer brief Food Product from concept to Finish Goods.
2. Concurrently must be knowledgeable about the appropriate food packaging that suits the Food Product as well as meets cost KPI, Food Safety Standards and the required Shelf Life criteria.
3. The candidate must be knowledgeable on the Food Trends, Technology in the industry immediately available or future trends and apply or adapt to current production methods.
4. Working knowledge of current local Food Standards criteria as well as International Food Standards like HACCP, IS22k, FSSC22000 etc are essential.
5. Multi-task different project timelines for various Food Projects occurring concurrently and be able to juxtapose limited production headcount and resources to achieve project completion.
6. Spearhead all customer and regulatory Food related Audits.
The candidate should posses
1. A relevant degree in Food Sciences or Food Technology, with modules in Business, Accounting or Product Marketing and Packaging Design, Visual Merchandising.
2. At least one year working experience in the Food Industry
3. A strong desire to learn and good work ethic with a never-say-die attitude. Must be resourceful and self initiated. Ability to learn on the job is essential for success in this role.
4. Able to speak Mandarin and English and be able to work and consume all type of Meat including Pork.
5. Be able to work under pressure and deliver in tight timelines.
