As a pivotal leader within our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account, you will focus on managing and building a high-performing team dedicated to hiring senior-level financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure strategic talent advisory aligns with the needs of stakeholders and business leaders in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define current and future skills requirements, contributing to effective workforce planning.
- Initiate and oversee diverse sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates, meeting the unique demands of the insurance and financial services industry.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, delivering regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) protocols for accurate and real-time data input for candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, briefing, preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages.
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence with the team to stay informed on supply and demand trends in the financial services talent market.
About You:
- Proven leadership experience in financial services industry recruitment, with a strong background in recruitment management or account management.
- In-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is essential, with a background in agency recruitment considered advantageous.
- Highly organised, with effective time management skills.
- Thrives in structured environments and follows established processes.
