Job Descriptions:
- Develop, chart, and communicate Aftersales related strategies, budget, framework, policies guidelines and procedures to all stakeholders effectively.
- Monitor its implementation to ensure high-level performance and consistency across all operations.
- Conduct data mining and analysis to facilitate the formulating of Aftersales strategic plans and tactical actions to achieve the annual budget and KPIs.
- Track, analyse and publish Aftersales reports such as Aftersales Integrated Report, Monthly KPI.
- Monitor, analyse and work with the operation which is not meeting the Aftersales KPIs such as revenue growth, customer retention, workshop Efficiency Productivity Utilisation (EPU) etc for improvement plan.
- Develop programs and strategies to achieve various business objectives such as parts purchase target, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Group financial targets, customer retention rate etc.
- Keep in touch with the National Automobile bodies/authorities and major competitors for constant assessment of business condition/situation to keep track closely of the relevancy of the strategies deployed.
- Conduct market intelligence and gather market feedback to analyze and identify new Aftersales trends.
- Build and maintain good rapport with subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers etc to establish a cohesive working relationship for ease of work and lobby the necessary support when there is a need.
- Ad-Hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business / Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess working experience in automotive industry with a good understanding of Aftersale operation
- Possess extensive local market knowledge and proven good track records in the automotive-related industry
- Possess good analytical skills, good at numbers and an eye for details to perform the strategic planning role effectively
