Responsibilities:
- Lead the Order/Delivery Fulfilment Team to ensure the provision of efficient and exceptional customer service to our internal clients.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly, aiming for timely resolutions to minimize the impact on customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, mentor, and foster the development of the team.
- Manage and lead process enhancements and projects to optimize team performance.
- Strategize and implement team goals and improvement initiatives.
- Verify product availability and collaborate with the planning team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate closely with country teams, QA, and product owners to ensure compliance with each country's regulatory requirements, such as labelling.
- Maintain regular communication with countries to provide timely and accurate information about orders.
- Monitor and communicate the open order book regularly with countries.
- Control allocation blocks and releases.
- Handle order-related issues and claims.
- Manage return shipments from countries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for order picking, packing, shipping conditions, and shipment booking to ensure on-time dispatch.
- Serve as the escalation point for shipment issues, clarifications, and support.
- Maintain and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with forwarders and the 3PL team.
- Manage and track spot quote Request for Quotation (RFQ) for exceptional shipment requirements and cost control.
- Actively seek cost-saving and sustainability opportunities, driving their implementation.
- Manage Transportation Management System (TMS) dashboard and ensure data accuracy, collaborating with the transport team and forwarders.
- Develop work instructions, procedures, and standards.
- Design and maintain reports for operations and analytics.
- Conduct weekly reviews on hold invoices and drive resolutions.
- Maintain relevant master data within the assigned area.
- Review operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with 3PL and forwarders to meet business metric goals.
- Investigate recurring operational issues, taking corrective actions, and continuously improving processes and SOPs.
- Support external and internal audits within the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics or business related fields
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience in supply chain order fulfilment management
- Solid knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirement
- Experienced user of ERP system, preferably SAP
