E&I assistant/Engineer (CMMS/PLC)
Responsibilities
- Plan and support in daily maintenance works and that they are carried out as scheduled and in compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Work together with inhouse contractors for daily activities.
- Initiate PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) on improving equipment reliability and process system robustness.
- Coordinate with other department counterpart and other maintenance team members in the execution of plant equipment repairs, improvement and modifications projects as assigned from time to time.
- Involved in troubleshooting of equipment troubles and develop countermeasures
- Support in upkeeping of ISO standards and participate in annual audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and SS651).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records/reports in CMMS (R-MIC).
- Support in Energy and Water Efficiency team. Attend meetings, data collection, analysis and support energy and water reduction activities.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Engineering Certification.
- Min 3 years of E&I experience in Chemical/Petrochemical industry.
- Hands on maintenance experience in troubleshooting and rectification.
- Good interpersonal communication skill and positive team player.
- Self-driven, independent and resourceful.
- Poses good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to perform call-out activities and extended work hours when needed.
