Finance And Admin Executive
This is a finance and admin role. You will be working closely with our senior finance executive, operations manager and management staff to ensure the smooth operation of our office and finances.
What can you expect?
A middle office operations role, you are the person in-between our finance and sales team, working with everyone to ensure invoices are being processed and that the office is running smoothly.

Work from home is possible after 6 months.
Responsibilities
Generate debit or credit notes for sales from information provided by our sales CRM and policy documents
Checking for any potential errors between CRM and policy documents
Sending and following up on payment of invoices and debit notes with clients
Generating cover notes and receipts when required
Following up with refunds & endorsements with clients and insurers
Generating reports to referral partners and checking accounts from sales CRM
Generating reports to management from sales CRM
Coordinate with the finance department and insurers to reconcile outstanding account
Updating our share drive with clients' policy documents
Updating our accounting system and sales CRM
Take charge of the maintenance of our office and communicate with our landlord
Printing of name cards, ordering office stationary or pantry items
Tracking of CDP records of the sales team
Following up with clients and insurers for attendance at any events
Assist with any ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or PR only
Background in insurance, accounting and finance is an advantage
LCCI Higher Accounting or Diploma in Accountancy
Proficient in MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table, etc) is a must
Fresh graduates are welcome
