Job Description:
Failure Analysis:
- Systematically investigate and determine the root causes and factors that contribute to the failure or malfunction of a product, system, or component
- Examining the various aspects such as design, materials, manufacturing processes, environmental conditions, and operational factors to understand why a failure occurred
- Provide comprehensive Failure Analysis during development NPI process
- Work with various functional teams for root cause identification, simulation, and solutions
Debugging Function:
- Support daily operation to repair and troubleshooting of equipment related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on a timely basis.
- Work with engineering on the new processes, process control plan, and qualify the new equipment/process for new product introduction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in production operations (hands-on work)
- Minimum NITEC and above
- Able to work at least 35 hours per week between Monday to Friday
- Overtime is available, subject to operational needs and demands
- Good or acceptable vision will be required as some of the tasks requires you to deal with very small parts
- Willing to learn systems and deal with computers
- Good effort in memorizing the process and procedures
- Not afraid to learn and doesn’t give up easily
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
