Your new role
- Identify potential candidates for current and future needs in order to fulfill the company's workforce plan initiatives.
- Recruit talent via cold calling, professional networking, mining internet job boards, database and other advanced recruiting techniques.
- Manage accurate reporting by maintaining all critical employment information systems.
- Improve hiring quality, speed and volume through aggressive candidate pipeline development and management.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with minimum 3 years of inhouse corporate recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for sales roles is a MUST have with exposure to finance industry.
- Experience with managing the usage of Workday for tracking
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
