We are expanding rapidly at the forefront of industry innovation and seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director, who is leading this exciting development phase. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the centre of a thriving, forward-thinking business environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients.

- Coordinate and organize meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes. (Important)

- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents such as reports, presentations, and proposals. (important)

- Assist in project management, including research, data analysis, and liaising with other departments. (important)

- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.

- Handle financial tasks like managing expense reports and assisting with budget preparation (minimal)

- Stay informed about industry trends and seek professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

- At least three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a professional service firm.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in office software and modern technology tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- High level of professionalism and cultural awareness.
