Engineer Apprentice / Assistant Engineer
Working Days / Time: Monday to Friday: 9am -6pm
Salary: $ 2200 - $2500
Location: Nearest MRT - Kaki Bukit
Job Duties:
- Perform configuration of smart water meters and converters and prepare the necessary documents for completing the order.
- To perform actual product assemblies and the product assembly in our integrated accounting and inventory management system, and send a request for the actual product assembly to the workshop. Lastly, perform quality control testing and inspection of the actual assembly before approving it to be packed for delivery.
- To perform necessary steps to ensure traceability of specific products.
- Assist in overseeing and performing installation, servicing, repair or maintenance of our products on-site and off-site.
- Participate in site meetings and activities whenever required by the Engineering and Technical Team.
- Responsible for the provision of technical reports for services provided by company
- To support the engineer in working with the Business Development and Sales Team for projects and tenders in understanding, interpreting and preparing tender and relevant documents (i.e., tender specifications and drawings).
- Create product drawings (i.e., isometric, orthographic, dimensioning, sectioning, assembly, cross-sectional views… etc.) when required.
Job Requirements:
- With Diploma in engineering is preferred.
- Being proficient in any engineering software (e.g. Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.) is an advantage.
