Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR activities for Blue Collar Workers (BCWs) in the Tuas location, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, employee grievances, and benefits administration
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database, ensuring data integrity for salary processing.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions.
- Support the management in overseeing health and safety aspects of the work environment.
- Drive, coordinate, and implement all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
- Experience in managing Blue Collar workers, including hiring, retention, and employee expectations management, is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local labor, health, and safety legislation.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
