Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Marketing and CRM team in overseeing tasks, resources, and the budget. Creating marketing plans, generating sales leads, and maintaining digital platforms.
- Team leadership, budget optimization, executing campaigns for customer retention and acquisition, managing media and PR, ensuring compliance, and aligning marketing collateral with company standards.
- Collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, meeting business objectives, enhancing customer experience, and adaptation to market changes are key aspects.
- Presentations, negotiation with vendors, planning marketing calendars, and organizing staff engagement sessions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, digital marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing-related experience, with experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing concurrent projects to meet deadlines
