Position: Workplace Safety & Health Manager
Salary: $5,800 - $7,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: North
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the Total Workplace Safety and Health framework and review of TWSH-related policies with stakeholders.
- Oversee and drive TWSH-related projects or programs from conceptualization to execution.
- Planning and reviewing of workflows to operationalize the program.
- Logistics sourcing and management of the budget.
- Communication with key stakeholders to increase buy-in and take-up rate.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and drive continuous improvement in the program.
- Drive process improvements and ensure delivery of efficient operations and process flow.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in team management, WSH-related work, and project management.
- Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Good leadership qualities and management competency.
